Yes, KALKI Fashion ships globally to over 200 countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and the weight of the package.
Can I customize the fit of my outfit?
Absolutely. We offer custom tailoring services for most of our ethnic wear. You can provide your specific measurements on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for ready-to-ship items. Please note that custom-stitched outfits, accessories, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, net banking, and various digital wallets. For orders within India, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
