At KALKI Fashion, we strive to ensure your designer outfits fit perfectly, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all eligible items. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original security tags and packaging.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide a return authorization if the item meets our quality guidelines.
Schedule Pickup
We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the item is securely packed in its original KALKI box.
Refund Processing
After the garment passes our warehouse quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
